A Scottish Wedding in North Wraxhall
June 18th, 2009
We played a wonderful wedding gig in October 2008 in the North Wraxhall village hall - with a gorgeously ornate marquee attached. There was a Scottish theme; lots of the male guests were in kilts and there was bagpipe player in full get up to play after the speeches.
We had a fabulous time - the guests were all up for dancing right from the start and the dance floor was packed all night. Everyone was really friendly (see photo) - plus they fed us with sausages & mash; just the thing we need to warm our cockles on a cold October evening. (I’m glad I wasn’t in a kilt!)
